The Dierendrogist Nutritional Supplement GLM MSM Glucosamine Anti-inflammatory 400 gr is a dietary supplement for dogs and cats to support their joints. The extract from GLM (perna canaliculus) together with Glucosamine Hydrochloride and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) form a unique combination to help damaged joints function optimally again.
GLM naturally contains cartilage-protecting chondroitin sulfate, glucosamino-glycans, and omega-3 fatty acids, including sterols not found in fish oil.

Glucosamine promotes the recovery of joints and cartilage. Glucosamine provides the joints with new joint fluid (synovia) and thus helps damaged joints to function optimally again. Glucosamine is especially recommended for growing animals and is also successfully used in animals with mobility problems.
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) acts as a bonding agent for collagen, the main component of connective tissue and cartilage, tendons, joints, and muscles.

Dosage for 3 weeks daily:
Horse: 30-50 grams
Large dog: 10-12 grams
Medium dog: 6-8 grams
Small dog: 2-4 grams
Cat: 1-2 grams

Thereafter, daily maintenance dose:
Horse: 15-25 grams
Large dog: 5-7 grams
Medium dog: 2-4 grams
Small dog: 1-2 grams
Cat: 1 gram
