Energique for adult dogs can be fed from approximately 10 months of age (small and medium breeds) or 12 months of age (large breeds).
Feed approximately 100 grams per day per 5 kilograms of body weight. Young dogs up to 1 to 2 years old eat more than a fully grown adult dog. This is an average, depending on the dog's activity level. A dog that is active outdoors all day has different nutritional needs than a dog that lies indoors daily and takes three short walks a day.
A small dog eats relatively more than a large dog. Dogs with puppies also naturally need more. Depending on the size of the litter, the mother dog sometimes eats two or three times the normal portion. Do not walk or train the dog immediately after eating. The dog should always have access to fresh water.
