Composition:
per 3 grams, 2085 mg Psyllium Husk, 626 mg Methylsulfonylmethane, 104 mg Bentonite, 60 mg N-Acetyl-Glucosamine, 8.1 mg Magnesium (as -citrate), Enterococcus faecium and Fructo Oligo Saccharides. A dilution of Magnesium phosphoricum.
Indication(s):
For well-functioning intestines. For loose stools due to a viral or bacterial infection or from eating something unsuitable. For constipation.
Properties per ingredient: Psyllium Husk has the property of being able to absorb a lot of moisture. In case of loose stools, it absorbs excess intestinal fluid, and in case of constipation, it softens the intestinal contents – with sufficient water intake. Psyllium Husk also has a neutralizing effect on toxins in the intestines.
Methylsulfonylmethane is an organic sulfur and, in addition to being an important mineral building block, is very important for detoxification processes in the body.
Bentonite binds toxins and heavy metals so that they can be excreted with the feces.
N-Acetyl-Glucosamine is an important building block for the intestinal mucosa and contributes to rapid recovery of the intestinal wall.
Magnesium (as -citrate) and Magnesium phosphoricum have a relaxing effect, and magnesium requirements are increased with loose stools.
Enterococcus faecium Probiotics are beneficial intestinal bacteria. The bacterial strains are protected so they can pass through the stomach without being killed by stomach acid. Good intestinal bacteria are crucial for proper nutrient absorption and optimal immunity. These beneficial intestinal bacteria lower the acidity in the intestine. They produce substances that combat pathogenic bacteria, thus reducing the risk of intestinal infections. Additionally, they contribute to good food digestion through enzyme production and produce short-chain fatty acids, a very important nutrient for intestinal cells. A good condition of intestinal cells is necessary to prevent pathogens from entering the bloodstream through the intestinal wall. The development of allergies is also linked to excessive permeability of the intestinal wall.

Optimal dosage twice daily:
Dog > 25 kg 2 scoops
Dog 10-25 kg 1½ scoops
Dog < 10 kg and cat 1 scoop
1 scoop contains approximately 3 grams.
If it is difficult to administer this product multiple times a day in practice, once a day or once every two days is sufficient. In that case, give the maximum daily dose. Even then, this product is effective, but the reaction may take slightly longer.
Administration Can be given over food. Moisten the food or powder so it is not blown out of the bowl. In case of constipation, give it with sufficient water and ensure that fresh drinking water is always available.
Usage advice If your dog or cat does not like the product, the powder can be mixed with some meat, fish, yogurt, or other treats. Always ensure good quality food.
How long does treatment with this product last? The effect of the treatment should definitely be visible after 1 to 2 days. For an acute complaint, the duration of treatment is relatively short. This can vary from 1 to 3 weeks. After the complaint disappears, continue administering this product for a few more days. For a chronic condition, the duration of treatment is longer. After symptoms decrease, you can switch to a maintenance dose. This is usually half of the dosage indicated on the package. When dosing this product, carefully observe the animal's reaction. Initially, a higher dose may be necessary; this product can be safely given at a double dose. Gradually reduce the dosage as symptoms decrease or disappear to the lowest possible dosage. This product can be given continuously for chronic complaints.
Storage Avoid direct sunlight and store this product dry and at a temperature between 5-20C. Keep out of reach of children.
Synergy and combinations with other products This product can be used without objection in combination with other natural health products and regular medicines. For food sensitivities and food allergies, the use of PUUR Probiotics is recommended. For persistent digestive problems, the use of PUUR Probiotics is also advised; this can be combined well with PUUR Digestion.
