Our ingredients

To make our food, 10.6 kg of meat is dried for a 12 kg bag, allowing it to be better processed into our kibble. With the right amount of vegetables, fruits, and herbs, Yourdog is a healthy, nutritious choice for your dog.

Buffalo

At Yourdog, we use meat from free-range and grass-fed buffalo. Buffalo meat is known for its creamy, fresh taste and rich color and is packed with vitamins and minerals. With lower cholesterol and fat content and fewer calories, this tender meat is packed with health benefits.

Poultry

Depending on the size of the dog, the breed or breed group, certain ingredients are given extra attention. Breed-specific ailments can be alleviated by the use of herbs, roots, flowers, and plants.

We have carefully researched the breed characteristics of the Cesky Terrier. We have also researched the characteristics of the FCI breed section and the FCI breed group to which the Cesky Terrier belongs. Parsley

Parsley is a biennial, hardy, herbaceous plant from the carrot family. Parsley has been used as a medicinal herb for hundreds of years. There are dozens of diseases that parsley combats. According to various sources, it cures, among other things, diarrhea, anemia, and ear infections. It is packed with iron, more than spinach, for example. Parsley also contains other minerals such as silicon, as well as vitamins B and C, and carotene.

At Yourdog, we add parsley to dog food because it could make a positive contribution to preventing breed-specific complaints related to blood, heart, and kidneys.

Parsley is a natural source of vitamins C, A, and K. This can contribute to the immune system and eyes, and can support the cardiovascular system and liver. Parsley also has anti-inflammatory properties and can have a diuretic effect, keeping the dog's bladder free from pollution.

Chicory

Apple

The apple tree is a tree from the genus Malus, on which the common eating apples, especially in the northern hemisphere, grow. The apple grows in temperate regions.

Dietary fiber has a versatile effect in the digestive tract. It is able to absorb moisture, making stools soft and smooth. Dietary fiber also increases the volume in the intestines. This not only stimulates the function of the intestines but also ensures thorough removal of waste products.

Apples are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. In addition, apples are rich in pectin. Pectin is a soluble fiber that helps support healthy gut flora. It also contributes to the palatability of the kibble, and apples are low in calories.

Puppy, adult, or senior?

To help you make the right choice between our Cesky Terrier dog food variants, you can use the following guidelines. If your Cesky Terrier is younger than 11 months, choose the Puppy variant. For a Cesky Terrier older than 7 years, we recommend Yourdog Cesky Terrier senior. If your dog is older than 11 months and younger than 7 years, you can choose the Adult variant.

Feeding Advice

Transition Advice

If you are switching to Yourdog from another feed brand, we recommend following these steps. For the first step, feed 25% Yourdog and 75% of the old dog food. The dog can get used to this for two days. Then feed 50% Yourdog and 50% of the old dog food. It is important that you let the dog get used to this for two or three days as well. After that, mix 75% Yourdog and 25% of the old dog food. The dog is now almost completely switched to Yourdog. Do this for 2 days. After this, you can, at your discretion, start feeding 100% Yourdog Cesky Terrier dog food.

Storage Advice

After opening the Yourdog packaging, the food is exposed to oxygen, moisture, and light, which can affect its shelf life and taste. Therefore, it is important to store the food properly after opening the bag, preferably in an airtight storage container or bin in a dry, cool, and dark place. It is best not to pour the food loosely into the bin, but to place the entire bag, which you have sealed as well as possible, into the bin.
