Our ingredients

To produce our food, 10.6 kg of meat is dried for a 12 kg bag, making it easier to process into our kibble. With the right amount of vegetables, fruit, and herbs, Yourdog is a healthy, nutritious choice for your dog.

Buffalo

At Yourdog, we use meat from free-range and grass-fed buffaloes. Buffalo meat is known for its creamy, fresh taste and rich color, and is packed with vitamins and minerals. With lower cholesterol and fat content and fewer calories, this tender meat is bursting with health benefits.

Poultry

Peppermint

At Yourdog, we use tomatoes at a culinary level, treating tomatoes as a vegetable.

Tomatoes are rich in nutrients, low in calories, and have a high soluble fiber content, which contributes to digestion. Tomatoes also contain lycopene, which gives them their red color. The redder a tomato is, the more lycopene it contains. Besides giving a tomato its red color, it is also known as a powerful antioxidant. Puppy, adult, or senior?

To help you choose between our Curly Coated Retriever dog food varieties, you can use the following guidelines. If your Curly Coated Retriever is younger than 11 months, choose the Puppy variety. For a Curly Coated Retriever older than 7 years, we recommend the Yourdog Curly Coated Retriever Senior. If your dog is older than 11 months and younger than 7 years, you can choose the Adult variety.

If your Curly Coated Retriever does not seem to like its Yourdog dog food, please contact us. We will help you analyze the problems. If we cannot resolve it together, you will receive a refund of the purchase price.

Feeding advice

Transition advice

If you are switching to Yourdog from another food brand, we recommend following these steps. For the first step, feed 25% Yourdog and 75% of the old dog food. The dog can get used to this for two days. Then feed 50% Yourdog and 50% of the old dog food. It is important that you let the dog get used to this for another two or three days. After that, mix 75% Yourdog and 25% of the old dog food. The dog is now almost completely switched to Yourdog. Do this for 2 days. At your discretion, you can then start feeding 100% Yourdog Curly Coated Retriever dog food.

Storage advice

After opening the Yourdog packaging, the food is exposed to oxygen, moisture, and light, which can affect its shelf life and taste. Therefore, it is important to store the food properly after opening the bag, preferably in an airtight storage container or bin in a dry, cool, and dark place. It is best not to put the food loosely in the bin, but to place the entire bag, which you close as well as possible, into the bin.
