Buffalo

Griffon Bruxellois Specific Vegetables, Herbs, and Fruits

We have carefully researched the breed characteristics of the Griffon Bruxellois. We also investigated the characteristics of the FCI breed section and the FCI breed group to which the Griffon Bruxellois belongs. Fenugreek

Fenugreek, like the pea, is a plant from the legume family. The plant is also called foenugreek or 'Greek hay.' It originated in Mesopotamia and was already known in the Mediterranean region in ancient times. Today, fenugreek is also cultivated in Central Asia.

Apple

The apple tree is a tree of the genus Malus, on which the common hand apples grow, especially in the northern hemisphere. The apple grows in temperate regions.

Dietary fibers have a versatile effect on the digestive tract. They are able to absorb moisture, making stools soft and smooth. Dietary fibers also increase the volume in the intestines. This not only stimulates the function of the intestines but also ensures thorough removal of waste products.

Apples are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. In addition, apples are rich in pectin. Pectin is a soluble fiber that contributes to supporting healthy gut flora. It also contributes to the palatability of the kibble, and apples are low in calories.

Puppy, Adult, or Senior?

To help you make the right choice between our Griffon Bruxellois dog food varieties, you can use the following guidelines. If your Griffon Bruxellois is younger than 11 months, choose the Puppy variant. For a Griffon Bruxellois older than 7 years, we recommend Yourdog Griffon Bruxellois Senior. If your dog is older than 11 months and younger than 7 years, you can choose the Adult variant.

Feeding Advice

Transition Advice

If you are switching to Yourdog from another brand of food, we recommend following these steps. For the first step, feed 25% Yourdog and 75% of the old dog food. The dog can get used to this for two days. Then feed 50% Yourdog and 50% of the old dog food. It is important that you let the dog get used to this for another two or three days. After that, mix 75% Yourdog and 25% of the old dog food. The dog is now almost entirely on Yourdog. Do this for 2 days. After your own discretion, you can then start feeding 100% Yourdog Griffon Bruxellois dog food.

Storage Advice

After opening the Yourdog packaging, the food is exposed to oxygen, moisture, and light, which can affect its shelf life and taste. Therefore, it is important to store the food properly after opening the bag, preferably in an airtight storage container or bin in a dry, cool, and dark place. It is best not to pour the food loosely into the bin, but to place the entire bag, which you close as well as possible, into the bin.
