Our Ingredients

To produce our feed, 10.6 kg of meat is dried for a 12 kg bag, making it easier to process into our kibble. With the right amount of vegetables, fruits, and herbs, Yourdog is a healthy, nutritious choice for your dog.

Buffalo

At Yourdog, we use meat from free-range and grass-fed buffalo. Buffalo meat is known for its creamy, fresh taste and rich color and is packed with vitamins and minerals. With lower cholesterol and fat content and fewer calories, this tender meat is full of health benefits.

Poultry

At Yourdog, we use duck, chicken, and turkey, which together provide a delicious taste and aroma to the kibble. The highly digestible proteins in poultry ensure good muscle development and are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Vegetables

Apple

The redder a tomato is, the more lycopene it contains. Besides giving tomatoes their red color, it is also known as a powerful antioxidant. In addition, tomatoes contain a lot of vitamin C and vitamin A and B complexes, which can contribute to healthy skin and an improved immune system.

Cranberry

The berries are rich in minerals such as potassium, which ensures a healthy level of vital fluids in the body. Puppy, Adult, or Senior?

To help you make the right choice between our Skye Terrier dog food variants, you can use the following guidelines. If your Skye Terrier is younger than 11 months, choose the Puppy variant. For a Skye Terrier older than 7 years, we recommend the Yourdog Skye Terrier Senior. If your dog is older than 11 months and younger than 7 years, you can choose the Adult variant.

Feeding Advice

Transition Advice

If you are switching to Yourdog from another feed brand, we advise you to follow these steps. For the first step, feed 25% Yourdog and 75% of the old dog food. The dog can get used to this for two days. Then feed 50% Yourdog and 50% of the old dog food. It is important to let the dog get used to this for two or three days again. After that, mix 75% Yourdog and 25% of the old dog food. The dog is now almost completely switched to Yourdog. Do this for 2 days. After this, you can start feeding 100% Yourdog Skye Terrier dog food at your discretion.

Storage Advice

After opening the Yourdog package, the food is exposed to oxygen, moisture, and light, which can affect its shelf life and taste. Therefore, it is important to store the food properly after opening the bag, preferably in an airtight storage container or bin in a dry, cool, and dark place. It is best not to put the food loosely in the bin, but to place it with the entire bag, which you close as well as possible, into the bin.
