Our Ingredients

To make our food, 10.6 kg of meat is dried for a 12 kg bag, making it easier to process into our kibble. With the right amount of vegetables, fruits, and herbs, Yourdog is a healthy, nutritious choice for your dog.

Buffalo

At Yourdog, we use meat from free-range, grass-fed buffalo. Buffalo meat is known for its creamy, fresh taste and rich color, and it's packed with vitamins and minerals. With lower cholesterol and fat content and fewer calories, this tender meat is full of health benefits.

Poultry

Chamomile

Basil

The redder a tomato is, the more lycopene it contains. Besides giving tomatoes their red color, it is also known as a powerful antioxidant. Research has shown that lycopene can offer protection against cancer, among other things, and can help with cardiovascular diseases. In addition, tomatoes contain a lot of vitamin C and vitamin A and B complexes, which can contribute to healthy skin and an improved immune system.

Puppy, adult, or senior?

To help you make the right choice between our Smålandsstövare dog food variants, you can use the following guidelines. If your Smålandsstövare is younger than 11 months, choose the Puppy variant. For a Smålandsstövare older than 7 years, we recommend Yourdog Smålandsstövare senior. If your dog is older than 11 months and younger than 7 years, you can choose the Adult variant.

Feeding Advice

Transition Advice

If you are switching to Yourdog from another food brand, we recommend following these steps. For the first step, feed 25% Yourdog and 75% of the old dog food. The dog can get used to this for two days. Then, feed 50% Yourdog and 50% of the old dog food. It is important to let the dog get used to this for another two or three days. After that, mix 75% Yourdog and 25% of the old dog food. The dog is now almost entirely transitioned to Yourdog. Do this for 2 days. At your own discretion, you can then start feeding 100% Yourdog Smålandsstövare dog food.

Storage Advice

After opening Yourdog packaging, the food is exposed to oxygen, moisture, and light, which can affect its shelf life and taste. Therefore, it is important to store the food properly after opening the bag, preferably in an airtight storage container or bin in a dry, cool, and dark place. It is best not to put the food loose in the bin, but to place the entire bag, which you should seal as well as possible, into the bin.
